Our Management Systems team provides organizational analysis and consulting services as well as direct project and program management services. Gemini Design employs an agile, requirements-driven approach derived from established principals including Design for Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma. Our Management systems group is focused on the transition of early-stage technologies into products. As such, we focus on organizational needs associated with the transition process that allows us to respond in real time to the shifting resource requirements on projects. In addition, Gemini’s management team will directly oversee the tasking of its Engineering Services Division.
